THE FRUITS OF MY PASTELS
Michelle Hewitt
Having been interested in nature all her life, her primary school teacher gave her a copy of Albrecht Drurer's Young Hare to study and she has never looked back since.
She tries to capture the character of the subject and, as such, always paints the eyes first as she believes that the eyes are the windows to the soul.
Working predominantly in pastel she sells her work worldwide and exhibits in galleries and directly at various public events.
